The book has been a work in progress since early 2007 and will no doubt continue to be so for a while yet.

With a working title of "Hilary Fortnum - the Autobiography", it will detail my incredible journey - from being in steady employment for 41 years to being retired from being in steady employment for 41 years - and will include a narrative of the two/three/four/five [delete as applicable] years that I have been retired.

I obviously hope to get it published so, if (a) you are a friendly book publisher, or (b) you know a friendly book publisher, then please do get in touch (unless it is to say "I would never publish your book", in which case please don't crush my dream).
