2010 has seen perverts going back to basics by being old-fashioned ugly and wearing milk bottle glasses. During this internet age where perverts use "technology" to transmorphosize into busty glamour models while stealing from your bank account it was good to see Ian Stafford from Preesall, Lancashire turning back the clock by simply stealing women's underwear whilst being pug-ugly. 

A person from some prisoners' association or other commented "If he does get a jail term it will certainly make life easier for us because, whereas previously we would have had to go through the bureaucracy of scrawling the word 'nonce' on his head with a permanent marker or some such, by simply sticking to the stereotype of a hideously ugly pervert Mr Stafford has allowed us to do away with such formalities. We can simply kick his fucking head in on demand". Well done Ian.
